Design Anchored in Precision
Every visual element was built on a grid that echoes nautical charts and maritime instruments. This framework provided clarity and structure, while leaving room for elegance and flow — just like the sport itself.
A Palette Drawn from the Sea
We crafted a color system inspired by the natural elements: deep navy, misted grey, crisp white, and soft amber tones reminiscent of sunlight on the water. This palette creates a calm yet powerful visual tone.
Typography with Direction
Vela Nova isn't only about competition; it's about community, legacy, and the spirit of exploration. We extended the identity into editorial layouts, custom merchandise, and immersive social content that celebrate the lifestyle of sailing with grace and ambition.
